As an All-Party Parliamentary Group, PGES’ Members are Parliamentarians from the House of Commons and the House of Lords, but also, as Associate Members, representatives of industry and academia from outside Parliament.
While current membership includes over 100 Parliamentarians, we are pleased to also count over 100 associate bodies and representatives from more than a dozen universities among our Associate Members. We also have a handful of individual members, personally invited by the Group’s chairman.
The associated bodies include representatives from all strata of the energy sector, from generators, suppliers and network operators through to related consultancy and legal services providers. Consumer groups, research institutes, domestic trade bodies and major international corporations are also well-represented, and this mix of expertise ensures our discussions are consistently well-informed and engaging.
